At OASIS Floral Products, we stand behind the quality of our floral supplies and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring that floral foam and fragile containers are properly secured to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
